The Bulldogs made 50.0% of their field goals last Wednesday. They went 5-for-12 from downtown and 32-for-41 from the foul line. Senior guard Jalen Quinn went off for 34 points, six rebounds, and three steals, while sophomore guard Owen Larson had 22 points and six boards.

Quinn has done a great job this season, averaging 18.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.4 assists. Fellow senior guard Jaehshon Thomas tallies 11.5 points and 2.2 rebounds per game, and sophomore forward Okku Federiko adds 10.9 points and 5.7 boards a night.

Drake scores 110.0 points per 100 possessions (165th in the nation) and allows 111.6 points in return (224th). The Bulldogs make 35.7% of their shots from deep (74th), but that number dropped to 32.8 since the start of conference play. They are No. 166 in the NCAA NET Rankings.

Indiana State hopes to snap its two-game skid                       

The Indiana State Sycamores (9-11; 12-6 ATS; 7-11 O/U) have only won one of their previous six games overall (5-1 ATS). After stopping their three-game slide with a 94-89 home victory over Illinois State, the Sycamores have dropped consecutive home games against Murray State 85-81 and Bradley 75-68.

Last Wednesday, the Sycamores battled bravely against the Braves. Indiana State held Bradley to 34.9% shooting from the field (5-for-22 from deep) while making 51.9% of its field goals (7-for-22 from deep). However, the Sycamores committed 16 more turnovers than Bradley (19-3).

Senior forward Ian Scott tortured Bradley for 15 points and eight rebounds. Scott leads the way for Indiana State with 14.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game, while junior guard Camp Wagner adds 12.6 points and 4.8 boards a night.

Indiana State is now 2-7 in conference play and No. 205 in the NCAA NET Rankings. The Sycamores score 105.7 points per 100 possessions (213th in the nation) and surrender 108.4 points in return (180th). They are 36th in the country in 2-point percentage (57.4%) and 320th in 3-point percentage (30.5%).

Hereof, I’m going with Drake. We should see another tight battle, and the Bulldogs outlasted the Sycamores in their first meeting this season, mostly thanks to a better shooting percentage.
