The second round of the 2026 U.S. Open continues Wednesday in New York with a deep men's and women's singles schedule. Several favorites are carrying expensive prices, but the better betting opportunities are in the more competitive matches where recent form, hard-court fit and first-round workload can create separation.

The matchup is more competitive than that favorite price suggests. Selekhmeteva has already defeated Rakhimova twice in 2026, winning in Austin and again during Eastbourne qualifying. Her willingness to move forward and shorten points gives Navarro a different problem than a conventional baseline opponent.

Navarro has also had an uneven hard-court season, while McNally enters this round with the better immediate form.
